This may include name, mobile number, email, address, sponsor details, bank details, PAN, Aadhaar and uploaded documents.

Your information is used to verify your identity, maintain your account, process transactions, calculate rewards, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and comply with applicable operational or legal requirements.

PCRP does not sell user data. Information may be shared only with authorized internal teams, service providers, payment or verification partners, or authorities when required for platform operation, dispute handling, compliance or fraud prevention.

You should keep your login details and OTP private. PCRP will never ask you to share your password publicly. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

You may request correction of your profile details through your account profile or Support Center. Some verified KYC and bank details may require manual approval before changes are applied.
